For Event Organisers

This page will be continually updated with information for event organisers as the festival draws nearer. For information about joining in with the festival, why not start with our Join in page.

Thank you

Firstly, a huge thank you to all our event organisers. Without you and your events, there would be no festival. So we’d just like to say how grateful we are that you decided to join in with the festival and we wish you every success.

Registration

If you have not yet registered an event, it is never too late! We have finalised the pdf programme content but we have a flexible online listing to which we can add your event. The link for SustFest21 registration is here. If you need ideas of what to organise, visit our Ideas for Events page.

Toolkit

All event organisers will be sent a toolkit for SustFest21 in April. To see the online version of the toolkit, please see the Resources for Event organisers page

Safety for your event – including COVID issues

Please see the St Albans Council Events team advice page for a COVID questionnaire for event organisers and all the information you need to make your event safe here

Also check with the latest COVID guidance on events from the government here

See Government webpage here for possible Lockdown Changes from 17th May

Marketing your event and the festival

Please do remember to advertise your event as part of the wider Sustainability Festival, encouraging your audience to visit the online events programme at Sustfest.org and join in with the 100+ other events. The more we all promote the festival together, the wider its reach will be and the more impact we can have on the district’s sustainability.

We have a huge array of graphics for your use, so please do help yourself and add them to your marketing material. See our Resources for Event organisers page.
