Join us as environmental issues take over St Albans Market!
St Albans Market wil be all about living sustainably and environmental issues again for a whole day on Sunday 24th May – just one event as part of the Sustainability Festival which lasts two weeks. The Market Takeover is all about how local residents can reduce their carbon footprint and live more sustainably.
Last year’s event was a massive success and this year’s will be even bigger and better. Book your stall by filling in the form below now to avoid disappointment!

The Market Takeover will occupy the normal area of St Albans market – from the space in front of the musem, stretching all the way up St Peter’s Street.
Cost to take part
Businesses: stall price is £50.
Non-profit organisations and community groups: £20 deposit.
(After the event, the deposit can be returned or donated according to your group’s preferences.)
The Market Takeover will be heavily advertised beforehand. There will be banners and posters around town and every household in the borough will have information about Sustfest and the Market Takeover through their doors at the end of March, along with their council tax information. We also have a good social media presence with over 4,000 followers.
